ARISE+ Viet Nam project is implementing the FTA 1.4 activity to incorporate and maintain accurate information on the EVFTA in Viet Nam’s Free Trade Agreement Portal (FTAP)
Objective:
Incorporate all EVFTA-related activities and information, including policy explanations and analyses, policy updates, market information, and trade and investment data and statistics, into the new MOIT FTAP in easily accessible and digestible formats as a source for doing business under the EVFTA as well as to develop learning materials to assist users with effective portal usage.
Counterparts: Ministry of Industry and Trade and other line ministries.
Outputs and expected outcome:
The activity will ensure that all relevant information pertaining to the EVFTA can be found on Viet Nam’s new FTAP, and that the FTAP undergoes regular review, maintenance, and upgrading based on industry-level standards. The broader objective is to ensure comprehensive and efficient utilisation of the FTAP, so that it can effectively facilitate and promote Viet Nam's integration into global trade.
