Buổi đào tạo được tổ chức dưới hình thức trực tuyến, được dẫn dắt bởi chuyên gia Mai Thanh Bình - Giám đốc Quản lý chất lượng của Trung tâm thí nghiệm Eurofins Sắc Ký Hải Đăng và đông đảo các cán bộ của hai Trung tâm Kiểm định và Khảo nghiệm Thuốc Bảo vệ Thực vật phía Bắc và phía Nam của Cục BVTV tham gia đào tạo.
